DESCRIPTION:Click Here to Register Now\n\n\n\n\nConvenient flu vaccinations are available at this drive thru community event. \nWe encourage you to register for your flu shot to help us plan staffing for our events\, but you are welcome to attend without registering. If you can not find a date that is convenient for you\, you may also make an appointment for a flu shot with your primary care provider. \nThe flu vaccine is no cost with most insurance. \n\n\n\n\nImportant Information\n\nRead the CDC Flu Vaccine Information Statement.\nSubmit a pre-registration form for each patient\, including each child.\nMake sure you or your child does not have a fever or symptoms of illness on the day of the vaccination.\nArrive during your scheduled time and follow the signs to the designated areas.\n\nDress Guidelines\n\nAges 10 and up—tank tops or shirts with loose sleeves.\nUnder 10—shorts/skirts that allow exposure of the thigh area.
