October 5–11 is Emergency Care Appreciation Week at Amberwell, and we’re excited to celebrate our emergency care teams in Atchison and Hiawatha!
These teams handle some of the most intense moments in healthcare with skill, compassion, and focus. They think fast, stay calm, and provide exceptional care when every second counts.
Emergency care is truly a team effort—providers, nurses, techs, access reps, EVS techs, and house supervisors all play an essential role in caring for our patients and keeping things running smoothly.
To celebrate the week, our Emergency Care teams designed their own t-shirt and picked out a new team jacket. Keep an eye out for them around the hospitals this week wearing their new gear—and watch for posts throughout the week featuring the teams in their shirts and jackets!
