Amberwell is proud to recognize the teams who deliver primary care across our communities during National Primary Care Week, observed October 6–10.
From check-in to follow-up, Amberwell’s Primary Care teams play a vital role in keeping patients connected to the care they need. These teams include front desk staff, nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, and, at the heart of it all, our trusted primary care providers. Across all our locations, providers offer expert care, build long-term relationships with patients, and help guide health decisions through every stage of life.
Amberwell offers primary care at seven locations:
Amberwell Atchison, Amberwell Hiawatha, Amberwell Highland Clinic, Amberwell Horton Clinic, Amberwell Lansing Clinic, Amberwell Eighth Street Clinic, and Amberwell Troy Clinic.
Amberwell makes it easy to receive care close to home. With skilled providers available in each of these communities, patients can schedule appointments, ask follow-up questions, and access care with ease.
To mark this year’s recognition, a Primary Care Week shirt was created for team members who wished to celebrate their shared commitment to consistent, highly coordinated care. Several teams participated, and throughout the week, we’ll be sharing photos of them wearing their shirts in honor of the work they do every day.
Amberwell thanks every member of our Primary Care team for their continued service, expertise, and the essential role they play in building healthier communities.
