October 5–11 is National Healthcare Foodservice Workers Week, a time to recognize and celebrate the Nutrition and Food Services teams at Amberwell Atchison and Amberwell Hiawatha for the important work they do every day.
These teams keep our cafeterias organized and welcoming while making sure patients, visitors, and staff are well cared for. They prepare meals, meet dietary needs, take meal orders, and keep the cafés stocked and inviting. Their teamwork and attention to detail make a real difference in the experience of everyone they serve.
To celebrate the week, the teams designed their own t-shirt featuring the phrase “Season Everything with Love.” It’s a perfect reflection of how they approach their work—with care, pride, and genuine kindness in their tasks. Watch for posts throughout the week featuring our Nutrition and Food Services teams wearing their shirts and sharing the spirit behind them.
