September 16 is National IT Professionals Day, and we’re taking the time to thank the Information Technology Services team at Amberwell. The IT team keeps our technology running smoothly, so our focus stays on patient care.
They handle the systems that connect providers, staff, and patients. From keeping data secure to making sure software runs the way it should, they help create a smooth and reliable experience.
A few of their key roles include:
Clinical Systems Analyst – Keeps our electronic health records and other clinical software working well so that providers can focus on patient care and meet compliance standards.
Financial Systems Analyst – Supports the systems that handle billing, reporting, and other financial processes so that everything runs accurately and efficiently.
System Administrator – Maintains servers, data storage, and security, making sure critical systems are available when we need them. They also lead efforts to keep our data safe.
IT Technician – Troubleshoots issues, supports staff with technology, and helps make sure the tools we rely on work when we need them.
In healthcare, technology touches just about everything we do. Our IT team keeps it all moving, solving problems before they slow us down. Today, we’re happy to shine a spotlight on the work they do every day.
