Michelle J. Pruessner, PA-C

Michelle Pruessner, PA-C, has been with Amberwell since 2015. Michelle was a full time primary care provider for many years, and now rotates between several of our clinics providing acute care and occupational health services. She has extra training in the treatment of diabetes and served as a physician assistant for the KU Cray Diabetes Center outreach clinic when it was located in Atchison. She received her physician assistant degree from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. 

Michelle loves that she’s provided care for many of her patients long enough that she is now taking care of her patients’ children. Getting to know her patients so well is just one of the many ways that Amberwell Atchison feels like home to Michelle.
