Executive Physicals

The physical is a two-part evaluation starting with a variety of screenings and ending with a complete medical examination. In the first part, we will collect a thorough medical history and begin many of the preventative screens. The second part, scheduled two weeks later, will include a customized physical. The spacing between visits allows for us to review your history and screening results in order to personalize your physical and address your individual risks and needs.

The basic executive physical includes:

• TSH (Thyroid Screening)
• Lipid Panel (Cholesterol Screening)
• Hemoccult Kit (Colon Cancer Screening)
• Chest X-Ray
• Audiogram (Hearing Test)

• Spirometry (Lung Volume and Functioning)
• Resting Electrocardiogram
• Skin Cancer Screening
• Rectal Exam
• Testicular Exam (Males)
• Health Risk Appraisal
• Fitness and Performance Evaluation
• Medical History and Examination
• Wellness Coaching

Depending on the clinical findings of the initial screenings, the doctor may suggest that additional services be performed. These additional services are recommended based on age, sex, risk factors, and physical findings.
