Clinical Systems Analyst: Our clinical systems analysts focus on optimizing and maintaining electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical software, ensuring they meet the needs of healthcare providers, improve patient care, and comply with regulatory standards.
Network Administrator: Our network administrator manages and maintains the organization’s computer networks, ensuring secure and reliable data communication among medical devices, systems, and staff, to support the delivery of healthcare services.
Financial Systems Analyst: Our financial systems analysts are responsible for overseeing and enhancing financial software applications and systems, helping Amberwell manage billing, revenue, and financial reporting efficiently and accurately.
Helpdesk Analyst: Our helpdesk analysts provide frontline technical support to healthcare staff, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, including hardware and software problems, to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
System Administrator: Our system administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining server infrastructure, data storage, and system security to ensure the availability and reliability of critical IT systems used in patient care and administrative functions.
IT Technician: Our IT technicians are responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of IT systems, and assisting healthcare staff in using technology effectively to deliver patient care and manage administrative tasks.
