Breastfeeding Basics Classes at Amberwell

Cost: FREE
These classes will be held at Amberwell Atchison and Amberwell Hiawatha.
During the class, Amberwell maternal care staff will be covering a range of topics including:
- How breastfeeding works
- How to establish a healthy milk supply
- How to know if your baby is getting enough milk
- Breastfeeding positions
- How partners can support the breastfeeding parent
- Additional resources if you find you need more help
