Amberwell Health is excited to announce a new, free medication delivery service through Amberwell Pharmacy. This service is available to individuals within the city limits of many area communities. For Atchison, Effingham, Everest, Hiawatha, Horton, Highland, Lancaster, and Troy, Amberwell Pharmacy offers free delivery to all who use Amberwell Pharmacy, regardless of the prescribing provider. In Lansing and Leavenworth, prescription delivery is available for medications prescribed by providers at Amberwell Clinics. This convenient new service is ideal for individuals with limited mobility, those who are homebound or feeling unwell, and even those who have busy schedules—Amberwell Pharmacy can also deliver prescriptions to patients where they work.

Since opening in March of 2023, Amberwell Pharmacy has introduced several initiatives to make managing prescriptions easier and more convenient. These include easy prescription transfer processes, streamlined refill request options, curbside pickup, and a Meds-to-Beds program available to inpatients at Amberwell Atchison and Amberwell Hiawatha. Additionally, Amberwell offers retail pharmacy spaces at both locations that are easily accessible to the public and offer over-the-counter and prescription medications. The recent launch of a free medication delivery service reflects Amberwell’s continued commitment to supporting community health and wellness.
