On Saturday, January 25, 2020, at the 101st annual Chamber Banquet, Dr. John Eplee was recognized by the Atchison Area Chamber of Commerce for his dedicated service to the Atchison community and to the State of Kansas.
This is Dr. Eplee’s 10th year serving on the Atchison Public Schools Board of Education. He has also represented District 63 as a Kansas State Representative since 2017. Dr. Eplee has been a physician in Atchison for 38 years and was the founding physician of the Family Medical Center of Troy. Having delivered over 1,600 babies in his medical career, he has been a part of the lives of many residents in the area and continues to make a difference through his service to others.
