During the month of October, we celebrate our healthcare quality improvement and risk management professionals. The healthcare quality team of Amberwell Health strives to cultivate a spirit of quality improvement throughout our organization that encourages continuous improvement of our services and programs to improve patient outcomes.
Impact on Patient Care
Our quality improvement and risk management team’s top priority is the safety of our patients. They ensure that the care each patient receives is safe, effective, patient centered, timely, efficient, and equitable. Part of their role is to collaborate with all service lines to improve processes so that we can provide the best patient experience possible.

Team Strength
“Each member of the quality improvement and risk management team is unique and offers his or her own experiences and knowledge,” said Neelam. “They are subject-matter experts in their own areas and committed to working collaboratively to help improve the quality of care provided to our patients. Quality improvement is a team process. As a leader, it is important that I recognize the knowledge, skills, experience, and perspectives of different individuals within our team to make lasting improvements.”
Thank you
Thank you to our quality improvement and risk management team for your dedication to keeping standards high for the best patient outcomes and providing a safe environment to receive and give care.
