We are happy to share that clinic patients and inpatients at Amberwell Health facilities may now have up to 2 visitors each during their stay, with the exception of COVID positive patients, who will not be allowed visitors due to continued isolation protocols for safe care. Our emergency room patients will continue to have only 1 visitor during their stay.
Continued Protocols
Entrances at Amberwell Atchison remain limited to the northwest entrance, main entrance, and emergency room entrance. All individuals are required to wear a mask while in the building and will be screened before entering. Employees will continue to report their temperature and attest to being symptom-free in their departments.
Our COVID hotline is available for those with concerns about COVID exposure. Patients may the COVID hotline at 913-360-6700 on weekdays from 8am-4pm. Between the hours of 4-7pm on weekdays and on Saturday from 8-noon, they may call 913-367-6690. During all other times, patients may call 913-367-2131.
