Board of Directors

Each Amberwell Health affiliate is locally governed by a board of local directors, with oversight from the Amberwell Health board.

Directors are all volunteers, who freely give of their time and talent, without compensation. Board directors provide oversight and guidance to the organization’s senior administrative staff.

Board service requires a commitment to learning and understanding the complexities of the healthcare business in the modern era, a sacrifice of personal time, and a contribution of talent and courage to help guide Amberwell Health and its affiliates through both prosperity and adversity.
