Over the next few months, Amberwell Atchison and Amberwell Hiawatha will be working with area organizations to update the 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for their respective area communities.
The goal of this assessment update is to understand the progress that has been made in addressing the community health needs cited in the both the 2016 and 2019 assessment reports, while collecting up-to-date community health perceptions and ideas.
A brief community survey will be available until July 22, 2022 to gather community feedback. All community residents and business leaders are encouraged to complete their community survey to share feedback regarding overall healthcare services in their community.
