- Financial Systems Analyst: They maintain and enhance revenue cycle software applications, helping Amberwell manage billing, revenue, and financial reporting efficiently and accurately.
- System Administrator: They manage and maintain server infrastructure, data storage, and system security to ensure the availability and reliability of critical IT systems used in patient care and administrative functions They also lead our cybersecurity initiatives.
- IT Technician: They provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist healthcare staff in using technology effectively to deliver patient care and manage administrative tasks.
