Dwaine Klingman RRT, BS, retired on December 18, 2021, after over sixteen years of service at Amberwell Atchison. Dwaine began his career with Amberwell in April 2005 as a respiratory therapist before his promotion to director of cardiopulmonary services in September 2007.
Dwaine has enjoyed serving patients in his hometown of Atchison, Kansas. When asked what he will miss most about working at Amberwell Atchison, Dwaine replied, “I will miss the people the most. I am very thankful for the members of my cardiopulmonary team. I especially appreciate them for all they have done and have gone through during the pandemic.”
In his retirement years, Dwaine and his wife Jane would like to continue to do some traveling. “We have enjoyed cruises in the past,” said Dwaine, “but have never traveled to the eastern Caribbean, including Aruba, so we’d like to go there next.”
We are so happy for Dwaine and wish him all the best in his retirement.
