Social Workers Make a Difference

Happy National Social Work Month! Social workers do a lot to support people in need, from giving advice to offering different kinds of assistance. At Amberwell, our dedicated team of social workers work hard to connect patients and their families to essential resources or help them transition to the appropriate level of care as they continue to recover from illness or injury. Our social workers are uniquely equipped with crisis management skills, a thorough knowledge of the healthcare system, and an understanding of the insurance industry. They provide services to patients in the ER, ICU, Inpatient Care, Swing Bed, Maternal Care, and Health at Home.
