GENERAL TESTING INFORMATION
- Bring a government/state issued Photo ID.
- Children are not allowed in the testing area and should not be left in the waiting room unsupervised.
- Depending on the testing required with your physical, testing time may take 1 to 2 hours. Please plan accordingly.
DRUG TESTING
- Arrive prepared to give a specimen.
- Limit fluids to 40 ounces prior to testing.
PHYSICAL CAPACITY PROFILE TESTING
- Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.
- Wear athletic shoes.
HEARING/VISION TESTING
- Bring or wear your hearing aids, glasses, or corrective lenses.
