Amberwell Health sponsors sports physical events in the northeast Kansas area each year to make getting your student’s physical convenient and easy.

Lansing High School
This $25 mass sports physical event is open to students attending Lansing Middle School and Lansing High School in the fall of 20245
- Cost: $25. Cash, check, or card only. No insurance billing.
- Athlete must wear athletic attire (no flip flops, boots, or jeans).
- KSHSAA Physical Form must be filled out by PARENT and ATHLETE prior to arriving.
- Parent must be present with athletes 8th grade or younger.
- Vaccination history and well child visit check is included.

This $25 mass sports physical event is open to students attending Pleasant Ridge High school and Pleasant Ridge Middle School in the fall of 2025.
