Amberwell Health sponsors sports physical events in the northeast Kansas area each year to make getting your student’s physical convenient and easy.

Amberwell Atchison - Sports Physicals
This $30 mass sports physical event is open to students attending a Kansas school in the fall of 2026.
- Cost: $30. Cash, check, or card only. No insurance billing.
- Athlete must wear athletic attire (no flip flops, boots, or jeans).
- KSHSAA Physical Form must be filled out by PARENT and ATHLETE prior to arriving.
- Parent must be present with athletes 8th grade or younger.
- Vaccination history and well child visit check is included.
