Sports Physicals at Lansing High School

Next year will be here before you know it!

Kansas requires school sports physicals before students can even start practicing. Get your physical done now instead of waiting until the fall!

Important Information

• Athletes must wear athletic attire. No boots, flip flops, or jeans.
• KSHSAA Physical Form must be filled out by PARENT and ATHLETE prior to arriving.
• $25 per student, paid with cash or check only.

If you can’t make it to this event, don’t worry!

You can schedule a same-day or next-day physical at Amberwell Lansing Clinic. Those who visit the clinic may bill insurance for the physical.
